BubbleCraft is a free-to-play Minecraft server that provides:

  • Optional cosmetic ranks and perks
  • Website and related services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Minecraft Account Requirement

You must own a legitimate copy of Minecraft to access our server. Cracked or pirated clients are not permitted.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Harassment: Bullying, stalking, or targeting other players

  • Impersonation: Pretending to be staff members or other players
  • Real Money Trading: Selling in-game items for real money

4.2 Chat and Communication

  • Keep chat family-friendly and respectful
  • No excessive profanity or inappropriate language
  • No sharing of personal information
  • No advertising other servers or services
  • English is the primary language in public chat

4.3 Building Guidelines

  • Respect other players' claims and builds
  • No inappropriate or offensive structures
  • No lag machines or server-disrupting builds
  • Follow claim system rules and limitations

5. Purchases and Donations

5.1 Voluntary Nature

All purchases are voluntary donations to support server operations. Ranks and perks are cosmetic only and do not provide gameplay advantages.

5.2 No Refunds Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases of:

  • Technical errors in processing
  • Duplicate charges
  • Permanent server closure (prorated refunds may apply)

5.3 Rank Benefits

Purchased ranks provide cosmetic benefits only, including:

  • Chat colors and formatting
  • Cosmetic commands (/hat, /crawl, etc.)
  • Colored signs and item names
  • Nickname customization

Rank benefits may be modified with notice to maintain server balance.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

6.1 Staff Authority

Server staff have the authority to:

  • Enforce rules and issue punishments
  • Investigate rule violations
  • Make final decisions on appeals
  • Modify or remove inappropriate content

6.2 Punishment System

Violations may result in:

  • Warning: Formal notice of rule violation
  • Mute: Temporary or permanent chat restriction
  • Kick: Immediate removal from server
  • Temporary Ban: Suspension for specified period
  • Permanent Ban: Indefinite removal from all services

6.3 Appeals Process

To appeal a punishment:

  • Submit an appeal through Discord
  • Provide relevant evidence or explanation
  • Wait for staff review and decision
  • Accept that all decisions are final

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Server Content

BubbleCraft owns all server-specific content, including:

  • Custom plugins and modifications
  • Server maps and builds
  • Website content and design
  • Logos and branding

7.2 User Content

By creating content on our server, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:

  • Display and distribute your builds and creations
  • Use screenshots and videos for promotional purposes
  • Modify content as necessary for server operations

BubbleCraft is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

We are not responsible for interactions between users, including:

  • User-generated content or behavior

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BubbleCraft's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months.

You may stop using our services at any time. Termination does not entitle you to refunds.
