BubbleCraft ("we", "us", "our") operates the Minecraft server at bubblecraft.net and this website at www.bubblecraft.net. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
By using our services you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Information We Collect
We collect the following data when you play on or interact with BubbleCraft:
- Minecraft username and UUID — provided by Mojang when you connect to the server.
- In-game statistics — playtime, economy balance, land claims, and similar gameplay data generated by your activity on the server.
- IP address — logged by the server when you connect, used to detect and prevent abuse.
- Chat messages and commands — logged for moderation purposes.
- Purchase information — if you buy a rank or item via our store (Tebex), your transaction is handled by Tebex. We only receive your Minecraft username and the item purchased. We do not receive or store payment card details.
- Web request logs — standard nginx access logs (IP address, browser user-agent, pages visited). Used for diagnostics and security only.
We do not collect real names, email addresses, or any personal information beyond what is listed above unless you voluntarily provide it (e.g. in a support ticket or Discord message).
How We Use Your Information
- To operate the game server and display your statistics on the public player directory.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent cheating, hacking, and other rule violations.
- To deliver purchased items to your Minecraft account.
- To monitor server health and diagnose technical issues.
- To send you vote rewards when you vote on server listing sites.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Tebex — processes store payments. Tebex Privacy Policy
- Discord — community hub. Discord Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts / Cloudflare CDN — font and icon delivery. These services may log your IP address for their normal operations.
- Minecraft server listing sites — when you vote, the listing site processes your username. We only receive a notification to grant in-game rewards.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all website traffic (Let's Encrypt TLS 1.2/1.3).
- Rate limiting and firewall rules to prevent unauthorised access to our systems.
- Restricting API access to authorised tokens.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to addressing vulnerabilities promptly when discovered.
Children's Privacy
BubbleCraft is a Minecraft server open to all ages. We do not knowingly collect additional personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data beyond their Minecraft username, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Your Rights
You may request:
- Access — a copy of the data we hold about your Minecraft account.
- Deletion — removal of your statistics and logs. Note that bans and punishment records may be retained for server integrity.

Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
