Agreement
By connecting to the BubbleCraft Minecraft server (bubblecraft.net) or using this website (www.bubblecraft.net), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
These terms apply to all players, visitors, and purchasers. BubbleCraft is not affiliated with Mojang Studios AB or Microsoft.
Server Rules
All players must follow the server rules at all times. Use /rules in-game to read them. Key rules include:
- No hacking, cheating, exploiting bugs, or using disallowed mods.
- No griefing, stealing, or destroying other players' builds or claimed land.
- No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or targeted abuse of any kind.
- No spamming, advertising other servers, or sharing inappropriate content in chat.
- No impersonating staff members or other players.
- No attempting to lag, crash, or disrupt the server or other players' experience.
Staff decisions are final. Continued violation of rules may result in a permanent ban without refund of purchases.
Store & Purchases
BubbleCraft offers purchasable ranks and cosmetics via our Tebex store. By making a purchase you acknowledge:
- All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.
- Purchased items are cosmetic or quality-of-life enhancements. We do not sell pay-to-win advantages.
- In the event of a server closure, purchased items cannot be transferred or refunded.
- We reserve the right to modify, remove, or adjust perks at any time with reasonable notice.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in a permanent ban.
- Purchases comply with the Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines.
Bans & Punishments
BubbleCraft staff may issue warnings, mutes, kicks, temporary bans, or permanent bans at their discretion for violations of these terms or server rules.
- Punishments are logged and visible to staff in our staff panel.
- Ban appeals may be submitted via our Discord server.
- Attempting to evade a ban using an alternate account will result in all accounts being permanently banned.
- Purchased ranks or items are forfeited upon a permanent ban for serious violations (e.g. hacking, harassment).
Website & API Use
The BubbleCraft website and its public API (player stats) are provided for informational use. You agree not to:
- Scrape or harvest data at a rate that disrupts service for other users.
- Attempt to access restricted endpoints, staff panels, or administration interfaces without authorisation.
- Use automated tools to submit forms, vote, or interact with services in a way not intended for human use.
- Distribute, modify, or claim ownership of site content without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
BubbleCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, data persistence, or uninterrupted gameplay. Server content, features, and availability may change at any time.
We are not liable for any loss of in-game progress, items, currency, or data arising from server issues, resets, or discontinuation of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be handled in good faith. If you have a concern, please contact us on Discord before escalating.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
